Beitler Apprenticeship Program
The eighteen month apprenticeship program is designed to take a newly licensed agent, or an agent transitioning from another real estate discipline, and teach them the basics of Industrial Real Estate from the ground up. You will have an opportunity to work with senior agents on a “hands on” basis by attending appointments, joining them on listing presentations, preparing documents, interacting with clients and learning the ropes while you think and grow rich. We incorporate a team approach so as to assure the novice agent that someone will ALWAYS be available to answer your questions.
We offer compensation during our Apprenticeship Program, and would be happy to discuss our program with you in person.
Our program centers around our “Smart Brokerage Manual”. Starting with the basics of product knowledge, you will learn about:
1. Successful cold calling techniques,
2. Salesmanship
3. Closing techniques
4. Lease agreements
5. Purchase and sale agreements
6. Title and Escrow
7. AIR Rules and Regs
8. Investments
9. Zoning Matters
10. Environmental Issues
Our focus is on balance. We work hard so that we can play hard. We spend a lot of time out of the office socializing with each other and vacationing. Twice annually, we regroup and recharge on an outdoor flyfishing adventure of some kind.
