 Ms. O'Brien has been in commercial brokerage for 15 years and is currently affiliated with Beitler Commercial Realty Services. Through her affiliation she is a member of the International Association of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Retail Brokers Network (RBN) and the GVA International Realty Network. Catherine began her real estate career on the East Coast where she worked with buyers and sellers of investment properties. She also made a career of relocating major corporations' headquarters into Delaware. Among her largest clients was Hewlett Packard Company. After moving to Los Angeles, Ms. O'Brien joined Beitler, where she served as exclusive leasing agent for over 350,000 square feet of space. Over the past 12 years Catherine has concentrated largely on representing Buyers and Sellers.
