Beitler Commercial Realty Services is pleased to announce a veteran advisor to the addition of our North Los Angeles office.
Allen Afshar has over 27 years of experience in Investment Sales of commercial properties. During this time, he has acquired an extensive knowledge of real estate financial modeling, acquisition, disposition, analysis, and negotiation, and has established himself within the real estate community as a proven provider of top quality service and dependable results: his name is engraved as a member of the Circle of Excellence numerous times.
Mr. Afshar possesses an exceptional track record for investment sales, depth of resources, and capital markets expertise to enhance the value of properties. Mr. Afshar comes to us from Colliers International, where he served over four years as a Senior Vice-President. Prior to that, Mr. Afshar spent five years in a senior position with Grubb & Ellis Company, and has held similar ranks of authority with Charles Dunn Company and Security Investment.
Mr. Afshar brings to us experience and success in a specialty which will greatly augment the Beitler brand. We are pleased to have someone with his business savvy help us navigate a market which can be lucrative and stable, even through the natural swings in the industry.
Mr. Afshar received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University Fullerton.
