Walter Hermann
BIO

 Walter Hermann graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor Science degree in Business Administration and Finance. He began his commercial real estate brokerage career with Marvin Davis Company in its Commercial Real Estate Division.  From Marvin Davis, Walter went to Merrill Lynch Commercial, and then joined L.J. Hooker of Australia which was the 1/3 owner of the Two Rodeo project in Beverly Hills. Consequently, L.J. Hooker was purchased by Lambert Smith Hampton. He was one of the leading brokers at Lambert Smith Hampton for over 14 years. In 1997, Mr. Hermann joined Beitler Commercial Realty Services' Brentwood office. Over the past 17 years, Mr. Hermann has leased and sold a substantial amount of retail and office space. A list of the most notable transactions are as follows:
