Ms. Beaver has been involved in real estate since 1989. Prior to joining Beitler in April 2002, Ms. Beaver was with ITC Real Estate Group specializing primarily in Tenant Representation. Ms. Beaver also has extensive experience in the Escrow and Mortgage areas of real estate, having served as Division Manager for Western Capital Mortgage's Alternative Mortgage Products Division, as well as Managing Independent Mortgage, a high CTV lender, located in Tustin .
Ms. Beaver's most recent transactions include: • Represented Embassy Christian Center in the Sale of their 46,000 Square Foot Facility.
• Represented La Quinta Development in the purchase of a 5-Acre Residential Project in Garden Grove .
• The purchase of a new industrial facility for Service First Electric for their corporate offices. Ms. Beaver is currently involved in placing a variety of tenants including a private school and several medical doctors. She formerly served on the Costa Mesa Westside Improvement Committee, a group working to improve the redevelopment areas of Costa Mesa and is currently volunteering her time as a Site Committee Board Member for the Waldorf School of Orange County.
