Mr. Bral has been involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years. He presently serves as the Executive Vice President for GVA Beitler Commercial's Orange County Office. With his many years in the real estate business, Mr. Bral has acquired an in-depth understanding of client relationships and is well versed in tailoring lease or sale transactions to a client's current and long-term needs.

Prior to joining GVA Beitler Commercial, Mr. Bral was with Capital Commercial and Matlow-Kennedy Commercial specializing in representing companies across the United States in their facility disposition, acquisition assignments, investment properties, lease renewal and consulting services.


Mr. Bral is currently involved in placing a variety of tenants as well as representing several landlords. Among his most recent clients, Mr. Bral currently represents Prudential Insurance Companies, California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (CHCADA), ENRG, Kusha Inc., Tyco International and LA Carpet.


Mr. Bral has handled the completion of: 12,000 square feet for Bank of America; the successful sale of a K-Mart project totaling 75,000 square feet owned by Northern Trust Bank of California; is the exclusive representative for Martin Franchises, Inc. (20,000 square feet leased to date), represented LA Carpet in the purchase of 2.6 acres in the Irvine Spectrum to construct a 40,000 square foot showroom warehouse, completed lease transactions of approximately 50,000 square feet of office requirement for Prudential Insurance, leased approximately 30,000 square feet for Kusha Inc. and represented HDS Partnership in the sale of their property of approximately 78,000 square feet in Newport Beach.


Mr. Bral is active with the Orange County medical community. He is presently completing a 14,000 square foot Specialty Surgery Center lease for Irvine Medical Plaza located in Irvine. In addition, he also represents Silhouette Surgery Group in their lease transaction of approximately 15,000 square feet at the same plaza. As a result of both of these and other transactions, he has successfully completed 90% of the leasing at the newly developed Irvine Medical Plaza consisting of approximately 43,000 square feet.


Mr. Bral's past and present clients include Hyundai Motors, Sunrise Medical, Berlin Packaging, Union Pacific Railroad, McKesson Corporation, National Semiconductor, TYCO / SimplexGrinnell, Premier Laser Sight, PSI, Magellan Corporations, Rancho Santiago Community College District, ENRG Fuel USA, Keylime West and Dorita LLC.


Mr. Bral graduated from the University of Arkansas with a major in Economics and a minor in Finance. He is an active member of GVA Worldwide, member of AIR (American Industrial Real Estate Association) and a CCIM member of the National Board of Realtors. He is also affiliated with NACORE (International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives).
